Middleton's own home series are the closest, sold by the developer at the Welcome Home Center. Beyond Middleton, the nearest communities in this tracker by approximate drive time are Sumter Villas, Cedar Landings (single-family and townhomes), Parkwood Communities. Drive times are mapping estimates, so test the route at the hours you would actually drive it.

Are any of these new-home communities age-restricted?
